O’Bryant Electric Wins Industry Excellence Award for Edmunds Project

The Los Angeles NECA & IBEW Local 11 has awarded O’Bryant Electric  the 2017 Electrical Excellence Award in the $5 Million + category for its work on the Edmunds.com building. The project, located on Colorado Avenue in Santa Monica, CA, encompassed floors 1 and 2 and included furnishing and installation of all electrical components. This work includes: electrical panels, sub-panels, lighting & power circuits, emergency circuits, computer room power equipment, temporary lighting & power, fire life safety infrastructure, power to tenant specialized equipment throughout, required commissioning and studies.
